1.1Structure characteristic

The configuration characteristic of the lecithin film evaporator are cylinder with heating steam jacket, running part in top, mechanical sealing, upper separator cylinder, cone bottom outlet, rotor inside cylinder.
Separation Cylinder: The material enter the upper heating zone of the film evaporator and distribute all internal cylinder by a distributor, the vapour from the evaporator rise to separation cylinder through a special gas-liquid cyclone to separate the liquid and the foam, then the vapour from upper evaporator flow to condenser to avoid the vapour in short circuit and the vapour carry the oil to condenser.
Distributor: The distributor is equipped top of the rotor, the oil stock enter the film evaporator in tangent direction and continuously bath on surface of the evaporator.
Gas-liquid cylinder: The gas-liquid cylinder equipped the top of the separator catch liquids or foam inside vapour and put down the surface of the evaporator.
Evaporator cylinder: The ratio of Long and diameter is determined by soybean lecithin peculiarity. The polished surface in internal heating cylinder not felted material and result dirty to keep effective heat transfer factor.
Rotor: The scraping in stainless steel join with rotor in rigidity with higher fixing and machining precision in order to gap between the scraper and the wall, it is special suitable for evaporating the high viscosity and high foam soybean lecithin.
Top Bearing : upper bearing disjoin with mechanical sealing in order to protect performance of the mechanical sealing.
Bottom Bearing: The rotor contact with the bottom bearing, when the bearing need maintenance the cone is get rid only.
1.2 performance
High diathermanous factor, high evaporation: Under circumgyrating of the scrapper, a layer of asthma flow can accelerate the evaporation and can improve heat transfer efficiency. The heat transfer factor is 2000-8000kj/m2 h℃ which have higher concentration ratio. For example, the soybean oil stock containing 50% water will contain residual moisture less than 1% through the film evaporator.
Operation under High vacuum: The advanced credibility sealing structure is adopted to keep residual pressure at 2-3mmHg in which the boiling point of the material can be decreased.
Evaporation at low temperature, short in retention time: As the higher vacuum is held inside evaporator, the boiling point of material can be degraded, It is satisfy that the heat sensitivity of material evaporate at low temperature and reduce heating time as 3-100second. This is improve the quality of the product.
Easy operation: Special structure design in which the higher viscosity as 100,000cp of the material and the heat sensitive of the material can be treated .
